Our clients, avid travelers with a passion for transforming properties into unique luxury vacation rentals, extended us the privilege of reimagining their latest endeavor tucked away in the heart of Fredericksburg’s charming neighborhoods. Nestled on a generous lot, this sprawling ranch home includes an outdoor oasis and charming casita.
The journey began with a vision to infuse this space with a relaxed mid-century modern vibe, blending comfort with whimsical patterns and color. The transformation was nothing short of remarkable. The entire residence and casita underwent a detailed re-design, gutting, and remodeling. The result is a delightful a well-appointed modern retreat with delightful touches of mid-century fun and whimsy.
LOCAL ARTIST
One fun feature to point out. We elected to keep the unique Saltillo tile in the entry which had developed a beautiful peach patina. Its distinctive color and shape add to the home’s uniqueness and soul.
