Picture a central Austin home, nestled amidst the vibrant energy of the city. Here, a young professional couple embarked on their first remodeling adventure, and they turned to us with an ambitious vision—to transform their dwelling into a mid-century modern gem.
We left no detail untouched, meticulously planning everything from floor layouts to elevations, and from flooring choices to lighting. The heart of the home, the kitchen, demanded special attention. Originally cramped and confined, it was reimagined into a chef’s dream, boasting ample storage and retaining its midcentury charm through curated finishes.
The home’s two bathrooms were also given new life. The original layout presented a peculiar flip-flop—tiny primary bath and spacious guest bath. With clever repurposing, we transformed these spaces. The result? A charming modern primary bath with a luxurious walk-in shower and soaking tub, alongside a uniquely designed guest bath featuring a shower, quirky tiles, and a floating vanity.
